We all want fuller hips and bigger bum. But to achieve it, we should work our ass hard af.

I've gather here the best moves to target your butt, hips and thighs. Check 'em out!

1. LYING SIDE LEG LIFTS

Do 15 reps on each side.

2. Donkey Kicks

Do 15 reps with each leg.

3. Squats

Do 30 reps.

4. Alternating lunges

Do 30 reps (15 with each leg).

5. side plank dips

Do 15 reps on each side.

6. Weighted Hip Thrust

Do 20 reps with a 20-30 lbs barbell.

7. Side Lunges

Do 15 reps on each side.

Repeat the entire workout if needed.
