School tends to make us very stressed with all the homework, reports etc.

Here are some tips on how to handle stress!

Btw I have started posting a lot more on this account, so make sure to follow as I do 2-3 posts everyday โค๏ธ

1. TIME OUT ๐ŸŒพ

Take time out of your day to calm down and just relax whether that be take a nap, exercise or watch TV.

Do whatever it takes to calm yourself down so you can get right back to working!

2. AVOID CAFFEINE โ˜•๏ธ

Drinks that contain caffeine can trigger anxiety attacks and panic attacks when stressed.

Drink a different drink such as water which is also very healthy and beneficial.

3. SLEEP ๐Ÿ˜ด

This is so important because your body gets a chance to rest and restart.

I recommend going to bed the same time every night and wake up the same time every morning to keep your body on schedule.

4. START HOMEWORK ๐Ÿ“š

Immediately start you homework when you get home from school, that way you have the rest of the night to do anything and relax.

5. TIME MANAGEMENT ๐Ÿ•

Make sure you organise your day and use a schedule, so that way you have no surprises and you will know everything coming up!

6. EXERCISING ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿป

This is a great way to help make yourself feel better because it reduces toxins and helps improve your health.
